About role

Entuli is seeking a skilled Assistant Coach to lead design efforts for our AI security web platform and other offerings. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams, helping define and deliver the user experience across upcoming releases—from early concept to launch. Success in this role requires a strong technical grasp of the product, awareness of diverse use cases, and the ability to align creative design goals with practical timelines.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principles.
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software, with a focus on creating scalable.
- Hands-on experience in designing SaaS products, with an emphasis on functionality, usability, and user experience.
- Skilled in creating personas, user journeys, storyboards, and user flows to inform and guide design decisions.
- Adept at quick design iterations based on user feedback and research to continuously improve product experience.
