About role

At Entuli, we’re searching for a Scouting & Recruitment Manager to shape user experiences for our AI security web platform and portfolio products. You’ll play a key role in cross-team collaboration, guiding projects from idea through execution. Success in this position requires not only strong design instincts but also technical understanding, knowledge of real-world use cases, and the ability to deliver within practical timelines.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features that align with user needs, best UX practices, and sound design principles.
- Contribute to and refine the existing design system to ensure consistency, streamline component building, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- lay a key role in shaping the branding across various platforms and support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to effectively promote the platform.
- Conduct or assist with user research and testing to gather actionable insights and data that drive meaningful improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scoping accounts for diverse needs and requirements across the company.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principles.
- Expertise in the full design cycle: from concept, research, and scoping to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software, with a focus on creating scalable.
- Hands-on experience in designing SaaS products, with an emphasis on functionality, usability, and user experience.
- Skilled in creating personas, user journeys, storyboards, and user flows to inform and guide design decisions.
- Adept at quick design iterations based on user feedback and research to continuously improve product experience.
